Devious Journal Entry
JoySo it's my birthday, and quite a lot has happened since Feb-19th 2007. For once I moved away from my parents and to York to start a new job. I quit my college course to do that
and lost some friends in the process.I have done absolutely no photography stuff since last year, work and moving and all that fun stuff has been too hectic to let me rest and think of a project or even let me catch my breath. I think I may have an idea, one that has no doubt been done a gazillion times before though.
I'd like to capture portraits of the people that influence me in my personal life, i.e. my friends and colleagues. I want to try and capture in their portraits, the reason why we might be friends or what influences them and makes them the person they are. I think what may have spurred this idea is that I don't get to see some of the people I actually miss back home enough, and it would be nice to have things to remind me of them when I can only speak to them on the phone
I'd like to do more portrait work with different people too, and try and develop how I interact with models and other photographers and express my "creative vision", so if anyone in the York or north wants to do some work TFP/CD then lemme know
